(A) Prior to further flight, replace any carburetor air box shutter found cracked with new shutter in accordance with "Rectification" section of the service bulletin. (B) If excessive bolt hole wear is found prior to further flight, modify the shutter in accordance with the "Rectification" section of the service bulletin. (b) On or before November 1, 1983, replace or modify the air box shutter in accordance with paragraph (a)(1)(A) or (a)(1)(B) of this AD. (c) The inspection required by paragraph (a) (1) may be discontinued when the modifications or replacements prescribed in paragraphs (a)(1)(A) and (a)(1)(B) of this AD are accomplished. (d) The airplane may be flown in accordance with FAR 21.197 to a location where this AD may be accomplished.
